Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped via temperature-controlled or express courier services, selected to ensure freshness and quality upon arrival.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service selected at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery typically occurs within 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of caviar:

 We strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the delivery.

GOURMET BOUTIQUE AFRICA cannot be held responsible for spoilage resulting from missed deliveries, incorrect shipping details, or delays caused by the courier once the order has left our facility.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, shipping availability may be limited based on location and regulatory requirements. If we are unable to fulfil an order due to shipping constraints, you will be notified promptly.
