Milad Bakhtiari grew up surrounded by the culinary legacy of Iran — a land where caviar is not a delicacy but a way of life, tied to centuries of tradition along the shores of the Caspian Sea. That intimate understanding of the roe — its subtleties, its seasons, its soul — became the foundation of everything Gourmet Boutique would come to represent.
In 2017, Milad brought that knowledge to Asia, founding Gourmet Boutique with a single purpose: to share the true culture of fine caviar with the chefs and connoisseurs who seek it. Today, with offices across Taiwan, South Korea, South Africa, and the United States, he continues to guide every sourcing decision personally — tasting, selecting, and approving each batch before it reaches the table.
