Due to the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of caviar, all sales are final.
GOURMET BOUTIQUE AFRICA does not accept returns or exchanges on any perishable products once an order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is incorrect or arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting charmaine@gourmetboutique.com, including:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Upon verification, GOURMET BOUTIQUE AFRICA may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, GOURMET BOUTIQUE AFRICA cannot be held responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or spoilage resulting from incorrect shipping details or recipient unavailability.
Customers are strongly advised to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.
